Instructions for taking and storing homeopathic remedies.
Homeopathic remedies are in the form of granules or liquid. You should not put anything in your mouth (including water, food, chewing gum, etc.) for 30 minutes before and after taking the remedy. Your homeopath will advise you to avoid the use of coffee, mint, and other products containing menthol, eucalyptus or camphor, cleaning materials as these substances may interfere with the homeopathic remedy.
Before you leave, make sure you have correctly understood the instructions for taking the remedy.
Homeopathic remedies should be stored in a dark place, away from strong odours and radiation sources - avoid exposure against TVs, mobile phones or microwave apparatus).
Inform your homeopath about any medicines and supplements you take regularly.
Notify him/her of upcoming dentist visits. Highly odoriferous medicines are used in the treatment of teeth, which can reduce or interfere with the homeopathic remedy and antidote it.
Other treatments may also have this effect. Therefore, do nothing about your health before consulting your homeopath. In case you catch a cold, have a headache or other symptoms, it might be a good idea to discuss them first.
